SEPTEMBER 19 - D-DAY.........WHAT LIES AHEAD FOR THAILAND??
The D-Day is looming all over the city of Bangkok! The reds under their beloved leader khun Thaksin are mobilizing its army of reds to storm the city on the anniversary of September 19 coup where Thaksin was ousted as Thai premier! The reds targeted as many as hundreds of thousand of its
Political experts warned the government not to underestimate the reds....as this was seen as the last effort from thaksin & reds to topple the government under the abbisit leadership! Well it is still to early to foresee what will happen on D-day itself! I hope that it would be a peaceful yet sounding protest but on the other hand nothing bad will happen! An intervention by the army will certainly trigger another round of coup! How would the police force intervene where Thaksin has a strong influence? There are just too many questions yet to be answered.....only when the day arrive, we shall have the answer!
Meanwhile I am waiting for the D-day anxiously.....no matter what the outcome...just pray and hope the best for the Thai people! The land of smile.....will it smile forever? I hope YES !!
