After Portugal conquered Malacca in 1511, the Portuguese wanted to build a lighthouse to guide its ships. Tanjung Tuan was chosen and the cape was named Cape Rachado by them. Subsequently, a lighthouse was built between 1528 and 1529. As Malacca switched hands to the Dutch and later to the British in 1641 and 1824 respectively, so too did the possession of the structure.I am here for some photography practice. Here are some of my shots:-
Remarks;- All photo's are taken within the surrounding area of Tanjung Tuan lighthouse. It was a day full of activities with photo shoots of 8 TV artistes, Brand's TV commercial shooting & 8 TV Chinese New Year MV shoot!! Weather is extremely hot and sunny with temperature easily soars to 36 degrees Celsius! I am here courtesy of an invitation from a buddy of mine who was here to shoot some TV commercial for Brands.
