Banngkok Motor Show 26/3 till 6/4 2010 @ Bitec, Bangna

I am looking forward to my very first visit to Bangkok Motor Show 2010 @ Bitec. Even though I've been to Bangkok so many time....I've yet to visit any edition of the motor show. Eventually I have the chance this year and one of my friend in Bangkok has already promised to pass me the VIP pass to the motor show. Thanks bro...Simon...really appreciated it so much. I am sure I'll snap thousands of photos again! Here I come... city of angels ( 1-3 April 2010)

Kuala Lumpur to Ho Chin Minh City (capital of Vietnam) = RM 329.50 by Air Asia

Ho Chin Minh City to Phnom Penh (capital of Cambodia) = USD 12 /  RM 40.80 by VIP bus

Phnom Penh city to Siem Reap city = USD 9 / RM 30.60 by VIP bus

Siem Reap city to Poipet ( Cambodia/Thailand border) = USD 8.3 / RM 28.30 by Private car

Poipet to Aryan (a small town in Thailand) = 35 bath / RM 3.70 by Tuk-Tuk

Aryan to Korat ( a city in Northeastern Thailand) = 200 bath / RM 20.50 by VIP bus

Korat to Udon Thani ( last major city before Thai/Laos border) = 220 bath / RM 23.00 by VIP bus

Udon Thani to Vientiane ( capital of Laos) = 80 bath/ RM 8.25 by VIP bus

Vientiane to Vang Vieng ( backpackers town) = USD 10 / RM 34.00 by VIP bus

Vang Vieng to Luang Prabang ( UNESCO Heritage city) = USD 12 / RM 40.80 by MPV

Luang Prabang to Chiang Mai ( 2nd biggest city in Thailand) = 4680 bath / RM 477.50 by Lao Airlines

Total Money Spend : RM 1365.25 is not too expensive considering I've traveled 4 times by air.

What do I learn throughout my TransIndochina trip??

It's been more than a week since I've came back from my maiden backpacking trip to Indochina. It's been a roller coasting journey with thousands of kilometers covered by bus or plane and not to forget lots of walking in between! What do I learned from this trip? 5 words: satisfy, grateful, happy, appreciate & thankful.The next time before I'll complain about anything, I'll think like.......this is life.....nothing is perfect!!! I hope I'll get all the info ready by this weekend...and full report on our Trans-Indochina 2010 will be ready by next week......all the way from day 1 till day 12......non censored......real experience & not to forget dozens of photos for viewing! 


In my mind now.......Trans Siberia 2011.....will it ever become a reality???

Mission Accomplished!!

After 12 days of journey......finally we finished our TransIndochina 2010 with little hiccups! Now I am resting in Chiang Mai city......gathering all the info's, details & photos which I'll post soon.....all the helpful & useful tips will be forwarded to everyone........can't believe it I've snap more than 5000 photos! I gonna miss the journey......it's tiring but the experience is unbelievable! Viva Vietnam, Viva Cambodia & Viva Laos......I am in the Land Of Smile! Millions thanks to my 2 travel mate cum buddy and those who helps me during the journey.....Khob Jai Mak Mak!

The final 168 hours !!

It's down to the final 168 hours for TransIndochina 2010. Everything is on schedule and all necessary preparation has been made and re-checked!! Hopefully I don't forget and left something important behind! One thing which I particularly think is important is the all NEW Gatsby wet tissue with ice cool effect!!! For you guys who have not try it yet......get it today from your nearest store! Yes...I am ready!! Here we come.....Saigon.....Phnom Penh......Siem Reap....Vientiane.....and so on!!!
